How to test if bug or issue is coming from the app?

  • Step 1: You’ll need to access your browser’s Developer Tools. On Windows, press Ctrl + Shift + I. On Mac, press Cmd + Option + J. Alternatively, click the three dots icon in the top-right corner of the browser window, select More Tools, and then click Developer Tools.


  • Step2: Next, navigate to the Network tab and type 'oh' in the search bar to filter the network requests. Look for the following files (oh-stt.js and oh-stt.css).


  • Step 3: Right-click on each of these files and select Block Request URL and Block Request Domain.

After blocking these files, refresh the page. This action will temporarily disable the app's functionality. If the issue still occurs while the app is disabled, it is likely that the problem is coming from another app or from your theme.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • App Widget Not Showing?
    Double-check that the toggle is set to "On" and that you’ve saved your changes. If it’s still not appearing, ensure your theme supports app embeds (most modern Shopify themes do!).
