When a visitor clicks the close (×) button on the video float banner, you can control how long the banner stays hidden before it reappears. Setting a time duration helps maintain a smooth shopping experience while managing how often your promotion is displayed.
Step 1: Go to the App Settings
From your Shopify Admin, click on Apps.
Open the Oh! Product Video Float Banner app.
Click 'App settings' to open the Settings.
Step 2: Input the time value
- In the app settings, input the time value you prefer in minutes, hours, or days.
Note: To disable this feature. You can input the time value to 0, and the video float banner will be displayed immediately upon page refresh.Step 3: Save Your Changes
- After configuring the Content Hide Duration Settings, click Save to save the changes.
Troubleshooting Tips
- App Widget Not Showing?
